Shockwave (Michael Bay) vs Elizabeth Greene.

If anyone wants specific AP Values, Greene is 97.06 Tons while Shockwave Upscales from Optimus' 65 Tons and his Durability is high enough where Optimus can't damage him except for his Weakspots.
 
So here's how I see this playing out. I think Shockwave wins with High Difficulty if he plays it safe and here's how. So the only time we see Elizabeth Greene fight in Base is when she Finessed Stomped Mid-Game Alex and pinned him to the ground so not much to go off of, but she's not stupid so I guarantee she will try to go for his Power Cores since she knows they're weaker than his armor and she's stronger than his AP and LS so she can out-wrestle him too if she needs too, but Shockwave knows that and he should also be more skilled than her since he's supposed to be the Decepticons Best Warrior (at the time) since Greene has never fought someone on her level before, she's only stomped people or gotten stomped. If Shockwave plays it safe and uses his Driller while fighting at Range, he should be able to win if she doesn't decide to try and plow through the Driller to get to his Power Cores.
