Shocker MCU Upgrade

The Shocker's Gauntlets are the same as Crossbone's from Avengers Civil War. This is mentioned in a scene in homecoming where The Tinkerer states he got the Gauntlets from the "Lagos Clean up", and they look pretty much exactly alike.

These Gauntlets were also used to briefly incapacitate Spider-Man with his advanced suit.

During a confrontation with Herman Schultz in the fairy scene, Spider-Man with his tech suit clearly shows concern to dodge his attacks. Also, when he fought Spider-Man in the low tech costume, Spider-Man was outmatched completely. So it's not even as if they scale, although he manages to withstand the attacks, but this is likely PIS.

Basically Small Building level Shocker. They are upgraded versions of the Gauntlets used by Crossbones, and given the upgrade adding shock emmision, they should be superior to those ones. They managed to harm tech suit spider-man, and he took consideration to dodge them.
