Nope, you should have layered Soul manipulation or Soul destruction resistance/immunity. Concepts have nothing to do with spirituality in general.
And NPI should have to be mentioned that it could effect concepts, most of NPIs can't do it that's why.

As for the question, this case depends on the qualify of the spiritual attacks, if spiritual attacks are shown to work on concepts, it can harm Shinra, but otherwise Spiritual attacks cannot interact with Shinra's concept. (layered or not)

For example: Tensura spirit particle-based attacks such as Divine Miracle: Disintegration work on conceptual/information beings or Danny Phantom Ghosts spritual attacks work on conceptual/emotion level beings but Bleach characters spritual attack only work on basic sprits and Senna, who has abstract existence type 1 at the level of memories.

Whether the concepts have anything to do with spirituality or not does not mean anything here; you cannot attack a character is a pure concept of death on a spiritual level without having feat in this regard, because the character only exists as an abstract concept.
