Shino's profile revision

There's not much to say about this, other than the fact that I added descriptions, scans, references and some abilities that were missing from Shino's abilities, as well as the general abilities that every ninja has (which have already been accepted in Jiraiya's profile). I didn't make any changes to the attributes, as it wasn't even necessary, except for speed, which is outdated, but supposedly a revision will happen to update this.
