I'm going with sechs, for the reason that he can dura ignore with panzer Kunst, and can absorb energy from attacks and add it to his own.

Don't know much about either series, but Sechs looks to be the winner on the basis of not being a total berserker in the fight.

Along with being a much smaller target, his kit seems much more versatile than Shinji's, whose only real hope of one-shotting Sechs is to use the Spear of Longinus, but I'm not sure he'll be able to think clearly enough to do so in a Berserker EVA.

keep in mind sechs also has panzer kunst and technicques by which he cud hit or touch bodies to cause ever increasing vibrations (via chain reactions) which then end up shattering bodies

its kind of like a dura ignore
