For round 2, you should make it Kurai Form Linx, because Blood Form Linx is 4-A. I know Legendary Stars is rated as higher, but usually we have to assume it's still in the range of High 4-C. Kurai Form is near that range, so I recommend using that to make this round less of a stomp.

Before I lay out the advantages of each character, does Linx get the Three God Blades and the Chosen Armor? And is this also epilogue Linx or Linx when he just unlocked his potential (aka before he got the 3 God blades and Chosen Armor).

Going inconclusive for now in round 2 because of Linx having the potential to one shot, but Shifuto having the possibility to pull a hax out that Linx doesn't have resistance to via Willpower Defense.

Dunno about round 1, but it seems like Linx has more hax to deal with Shifuto here, even though Shifuto has the AP and durability advantage (Linx can outright ignore it though via durability negation).

To be honest, I think just using round 2 would make this fight more fair, since more hax would give Shifuto a good chance at winning.
