This is Shichika from Katanagatari versus Garou (pre-monster) from one punch man.
I figure that since they both are good at martial arts, and can both easily read/learn attacks, it'd be a good match. BTW, this is garou when he just started the hero hunting. And this is shichika near the end of the anime.
