Alright everybody. I'm a pretty new fool to this place, so I don't want any shenanigans with my giant shenanigan post I'm making. You've seen the videos where Cell has Plankton's voice. You might have even seen the video where Plankton has Cell's voice. They're both green. They're both smart. Cell is in 4-B at most and Plankton - not including his movie form because we respect base Plankton - is apparently 4-A to 3-C. With an "unknown" including gadgets. Is it toonforce? I could see Cell ruining Plankton before he dies. I could see Cell destroying the Chum Bucket, his source of business. He could even maybe get to Karen!

who is also 4-A to 3-C. So maybe not.

Now, this is before factoring in Toei Cell. Normally, I would use Toei Cell as the baseline because he's more fun, but he's got a 2-C at the end of his tier list - I think that's from GT - and I didn't watch GT. So, I'm afraid of putting Plankton into something devastatingly stompy and getting him barred from ever being discussed again in the process. But, if we're all feeling privy to it because it'd make a more interesting matchup, we could pretend I've been talking about Toei Cell the whole time. I need the experts here. I watched a lotta spongebob as a kid but it's all faded with the passage of time. I'm an old, old man now.

In short: Plankton. He's an evil, mischevious little creature. Probably even better than Doctor Gero (I haven't read his page yet). Cell is an evil mischevious little creature who can eventually turn into a reasonably sized humanoid creature. Battle takes place in Bikini Bottom - Perfect Cell was searching underwater for an arena for the Cell Games, but can go Super Perfect if pushed to that limit - and win condition is to the DEATH. Because Plankton deserves to have fear instilled within him at least once for his shenanigans in the first movie.

I actually finally read some of the pages and I'm recognizing Toei Cell has some advantages, if we're going off Perfect Cell before/during Cell Games.
- They both have galaxy level attack potency, massively FTL+ speed, and Galaxy level striking strength and durability. Both have superhuman stamina.
- Cell has ki blasts, and is also just naturally taller and lengthier than base Plankton, giving him an advantage in that front.
- Cell has Class P lifting, while Plankton only has 'Athletic Human'.
- Cell is a Combat Genius, while Plankton is an Extraordinary Genius.
- Just throwing this out here, I think Cell's irregularly shaped head makes him immune to any of the mind control bucket shenanigans.
- Plankton has notable weak points involving his pride, his proneness to gimmick defeats, and being called "Sheldon" if Cell ever catches on to that.

So, with that in mind, I've decided to focus the thread of Toei Perfect Cell vs Base Plankton without any gadgets or backup from Karen. Votes start whenever. I'll hold onto mine for now because I'm very indecisive and I think it'd be quaint if I could throw mine down dramatically near the end if the ballot gets tied up.

Pretty sure plankton extraordinary genius comes down to his smarts in creating devices and gadgets to steal the secret formula from krabs and outsmarting him, like giant robots or some haxxy device. Cell would have a massive skill advantage because of scaling to goku, vegeta, trunks, gohan. etc. It's stated on both their profiles.

Cell being much taller would also make hitting Plankton hard because plankton's small size prevents Cell from grappling something that small with his massive LS advantage. Cell would have to do AOE ki blasts just to hit a small moving target like Plankton, because Plankton could just continue dodging and moving. Plankton stealth mastery wouldn't matter because Cell can simply sense ki.

I'm pretty sure this also a speed blitz since Plankton would be massively faster than Cell. You might have to equalize speed.

Cell can't get past Immortality. This feels like a stomp. His massive combat skill advantage wouldn't matter because Plankton is small and fast moving and Immortality makes it hard to kill him. He would have to blow himself up and Plankton's small size makes it that hitting him hard. Like even then, Cell is going to see plankton as a small creature with the same voice as him (lol) and he wouldn't even take him seriously
