You do realize that Akuma as himself can completely annihilate your soul, sink islands, and destroy mountain-like structures like Ayers Rock with his fists, just by him pulsating his ki he razed a forest of trees completely.

And Shao Kahn has multiple souls, so the Shun Goku Satsu is useless, has conquered entire realms, his soulnado is far more proficient than the Raging Demon, he won the battle of Armageddon, and almost brought havoc upon all the realms(till Raiden cheated). He beat Blaze(he was glowing orange as he was standing over Raiden), likely beat Onaga during Armageddon(Onaga captured him during the battle, and there was no way Onaga was letting him escape)....oh yeah, and no sold an attack from the Elder Gods.(he eventually lost, but still)

Oh wait. Canon Composite? So Asura's Wrath Akuma? Who was capable of fighting Asura who was easily above large planet level? That who we're talking about? Relativistic reactions and movement speed? The guy who tanks blows from a guy who can do this to a being at least twice earth's size? And still keep fighting? That Akuma.

I said CANON composite. Asura's Wrath is not canon to the Street Fighter verse. If we used Asura's Wrath Akuma, then we'd also havta allow Darkseid Shao Kahn. We're using just the feats from the main series games here.

No, the Asura's Wrath's DLC is non-canon to both Street Fighter and the original Asura's Wrath, since Asura is alive but has access to his Mantra form, the fact that Ryu and Akuma could even stand a chance against him and how the DLC ends. By "canon composite", it means using events from every Street Fighter game.

For the actual fight, Akuma would stomp restricted Shao Kahn, who is only Large Building Level and Superhuman, while he is Small Island Level and Massively Hypersonic+. Unrestricted on the other hand, would be a stomp in the other direction, while Akuma would still be faster, Shao Kahn would be Planet Level.

Unrestricted will beat akuma unless we take him being factor arrogant as Akuma can just Raging Demon and it will destroy all the souls shao khan has but he will more likely win against akuma
