How powerful would a character be for shaking the solar system, and is there a calculation for it?

Abt Large Star to Star level (High 4-C to 4-C) if I remember correctly. And no I'm not sure there's a calc for it

did this a while back and got 6-B to 5-C, tho thats not an upper limits since it depends on where you are in reference to the solar system and going by our solar system's star/stats. plus its using a super low velocity for human observation. the value can vary drastically depending on your reference point for the observed effects. like shaking the Earth at double that velocity (granted an earthquake that'd locally actually frighten people) from 1 AU out could give ya different results.
