Sung Jin-Woo has a one-shot AP advantage. Incorporeality. Low-Godly soul regeneration. An army of people who also one-shot and have Low-Godly. Class T lifting strength with telekinesis.

He can instantly teleport Cid into a dimension where he is omnipotent. He can turn off his powers by touching him. He can erase his memories. He can erase him from existence. Etc.

What can Cid even do in this fight at all? Can he even interact with spiritual incorporeality?

Cid can predict all of Jin-Woo's attacks and dodge them. Cid also has skills that I think are better than Jinwoo's.

What can Cid even do in this fight at all?

As I see it, Cid will use his prediction ability to dodge most of Jinwoo's attacks and then judge that Jinwoo can one-shot him and he will probably show off his "Ultimate Move" which is I AM ATOMIC. This will be Cid's wincons.

Jinwoo can just avoid I AM ATOMIC by going through a Gate or transferring himself into the World of Death. He doesn't have to be hit by it. Then also factor in that his Shadow Soldiers could literally just come back even if they are obliterated by that attack.

Saying that Cid will just dodge everything is silly when Jinwoo has hundreds to thousands of 6-Cs fighting alongside him and can teleport with portals, Shadow Exchange, and the World of Death. At some point trying to dodge becomes impossible.

Plus the whole hypnosis thing can be done with the snap of his fingers. Cid has no resistance to that so Jinwoo could theoretically just wipe his memory or manipulate him with a gesture.

Or just... send him into the World of Death. Cid has nothing he can really do about that.

Or use Ruler's Authority to crush him with Class T lifting strength telekinesis that has tens of kilometers range. Nothing Cid can do about that one either.

That aside, I don't remember what World of Death is, so I can't speak for that, but I don't think Cid has issues with teleports and Jin Woo switching with his shadows. Cid has OP sensory abilities, can perceive magic, and can mind-read the opponent after a few interactions.

If it's in character, sure.

I haven't even mentioned the fact that Jinwoo can instantly use Dragon Fear and paralyze him (Was able to paralyze an entire army of thousands of monsters across an entire city). Or reduce all his stats by 50%.

Well, this thread is still open, and as far as I can tell from the versus thread rules, the voting hasn't finished either, so I'll give my two cents. Jinwoo slaughters. Jinwoo just drags him into the World of Death. Living things can't even exist there without his permission. Cid would just immediately cease to exist. And that's ignoring all the other abilities Jinwoo has.
