Shadow is as strong as, if not stronger than, Genos in both forms. He has far more hax than Genos can possibly deal with. This is an easy win for Shadow.

Yeah...Shadow's abilities are a bit too much for Genos to handle, Shadow can just use Chaos Control to slow down time and use Chaos Rift to BFR him outside of Space-Time or any of his durability-negating space-distorting abilities such as Chaos Burst, Chaos Magic, or Roaming Chaos to take Genos out.
