SCP-3167 tries to murder another hero... But will he succeed when a noble knight stands in his way?!

Speed is equalised.
Battle takes place in the SCP-2786's narrative complex.
Both are 11-C.

"The unusually tall figure with a horrible, white grin raised its knife, ready for the kill":
"Do not flee, cowardly and vile creature - a lone knight charges at you!": 7 (SpiteBattles, AThe1412, JustANormalLemon, Undylan, Spilxson2, Da3ggman, MrKerf)

Leaning towards SCP-4028, due to his more amount of hax and stuff. He could nullify powers and negate resistances, to the point where he managed to kill a fictional SCP-682, and potentially negate 3167's plot manip resistance and overpower it, due to 4028's plot manip being passive. 3167 also can't deal with 4028's immortality type 8, as since the fight is in a narrative complex, he probably can't obtain and/or create a weapon to bypass it as 3167 can only create and wield weapons specifically relative to the narrative it is in (could be wrong, since i have no clue what is SCP-2786). The only thing 3167 has over 4028 is intelligence and possibly weapon mastery.

Voting 4028 FRA. If Murphy Lawden can beat the literal serial killer then Don Quixote who is stated to be even more dangerous should be able to as well.

Added. With the villain defeated and the hero saved, Don Quixote continued his journey.
