She should be at least Small Building level. In Underworld werewolves could easily break through solid concrete walls. Raze is example. The hole he made in solid concrete wall is easily in megajoules. And Raze is nothing when compared to Viktor who killed him effortlesly. Viktor could effortlessly throw Michael through thick solid concretce wall using only one arm. Selene is way faster than Viktor and stronger. She was in Evolution strong as Hybrid Marcus, who is also first vampire. In Underworld Awakening she was unharmed and didnt recieved any scratch from falling elevator and could take hits from giant werewolf hybrid. Even Michael in Evolution who freshly recovered from injuries colud in human form stop a moving truck with ease. She should be at least Building level
