I noticed on Wolf (Sekiro)'s page his One Mind was listed as faster than MH+ feat. How exactly was this concluded?

It moves FTE to Wolf himself, as well as others with MHS+ combat/reaction speed. It performs something like a dozen cuts in the time that it takes for both the performing swordsman and its recipient to register just one, and no fighter in the verse is able to block it with just a sword, meaning it pretty much blitzes the verse
