The Traveler vs. Orcface​

So... Awhile back I updated a verse and got its main lead into the 7-C range. Genshin Impact is somewhat popular and has a 7-C cast, so why not?
Rules:

• Speed Equalized​
• Both are in-character​
• Both are in their 7-C keys, nothing above this tier​
  • Granbahamal Isekai Key for Yousuke (9.52 Kilotons for himself, 19.05 Kilotons for Evil Flame Dragon), Mondstadt Chapter Key for Lumine (15.146 Kilotons)​
• Location: Shibuya Crossing​
• Starting Distance: 5 Meters​
• Optional Equipment is allowed for Lumine​
• Win via KO, Incapacitation, or Death​
• Standard Battle Assumption for everything else​

This depends on how skilled orcface is, because if he is superior or even relative to the traveler then i would have to give it to him due to the versatility of his kit

Traveler has a lot of shit but (i am assuming we are taking the hotter sibling) Lumine cant exactly fly which gives him a massive advantage

I can give a relatively small run-down of Yousuke's kit and whatnot, if it helps

• First-and-foremost... He almost always starts a fight by engaging in close-quarters combat with with his knife/magic swords. He has never started a fight by throwing magic or abusing his flight abilities unless an opponent already has such abilities, so this fight will likely stay on the ground and stay relatively "hax-less" until Lumine pulls out her elemental shit in which Yousuke will respond in kind.
  • Note: Yousuke has very decent power mimicry, so he'll likely be able to copy a good chunk of Lumine's kit on-sight without much issue.
• Should also mention that Yousuke's most common "finishing" move, so to speak, is to restrain a person and mind wipe 'em. Granted, for the latter, he needs to get really close and touch Lumine's head but he does have LS advantage (Class 10 vs. Peak Human) and multiple ways to restrain her via water manip or chain summoning/manip, so...
• His full-on dragon shapeshifting... is pretty much unless for the most part as Lumine is stronger than him, he grows very big and Yousuke's mind very quickly devolves until he is turned into a mindless beast; suffice to say, Yousuke using this just makes the battle much more easier for her.
• The Evil Flame Dragon itself is basically Yousuke... pulling the Megumi summoning Mahoraga card as a last resort if everything fails with him basically turning this 1v1 match into a 1v1v1 (or a 2v1 if it manages to mind hax Lumnie) with the EFD being stronger than him + nerco hax to summon undead minions + mind hax to make either Lumine or Yousuke into an ally + really wanting to kill everything around it.

As for skill...

At a glance, I am pretty sure Lumine is the pretty overall combatant but Yousuke has decent tactical skills to make up for it in the long run. For example, he's quickly picked up a person's fighting style and how to best exploit 'em in order to defeat them and has managed to easily deduce the weaknesses and limitations of a person's ability after a single clash; so it is quite possible Yousuke will pick up his inferiority in CQC after a bit and start exploit his hax + LS advantage over Lumine to defeat her via mind wipe, BFR or even transmutation.

On the other hand... Lumine might be able to overwhelm him through her AP + Skill advantage due to his insistence in engaging in CQC as a starting move and his general "slowness" in using his more exotic hax unless he gets pushed into the damage zone really fast. The Evil Flame Dragon is also well... more of an issue for Yousuke and could actually make this a EFD + Lumine vs Yousuke match if the former gets mind-haxed first.
