If scp 001 (Andrew) makes the alpha layer a higher tier, but it has an SCP 3812 where the amp baseline goes through the alpha layer, then it should be superior to the SCP 001 residing in the alpha layer, and I feel like it. It doesn't make much sense that scp 001 views every scp as fiction including scp 3812 and resides in the alpha layer, but it hits the scp 3812 amp baseline through the alpha layer, or if anyone has more info on scp 001 please let me know. bit

We don't consider Ben to be a hard limit on the SCP 001 ratings because he wasn't depicted as a Swann entity, but an author entity. There are numerous author entities above them but, from the vantage point of the verse, there's also numerous author entities below them. We honestly just assume that Ben and Swann entities are similar, since they're described to be similar.

True authors are something else entirely. They were never referenced in any of the Swann entity articles or SCP 3812. That key is based on the SCP article SCP-5500. They viewed the destruction of Swann entities which are the embodiment of view-points as part of the narrative they transcend.

The possibly 0 rating is based on the fact that they wrote all metafictional articles and regarded them as fiction. This would include articles like SCP 3812, thus. Of course, no direct correlation is made, so it's just a possibility.
