Looking at the intangibility scan, I am not sure if it's intangibility. It says it had no effects on him. Possibly intangibility could work tho

Like those are radio waves which exist physically so
Also he's still made from inorganic matter so I think both can work

If we can't do a default assumption of durability than intangibility kinda has to be so
Plus it fits with him being an idea/mental being so
