Scp 682 should win this, Medaka's universal statement is not justified and even than it won't be enough to kill him unless she has 4D level of destruction.

Reopening wounds doesn't work... he will heal

The key to Medaka winning is not by killing 682, but by making him "not fight" anymore. In his weaknesses he's been defeated in such a manner. By being tamed, tickled, and rendered docile by a girl (granted a very strange girl).

Medaka is capable of doing something similar with her Weighted Words ability where she can order 682 to stand down,and basically just lose (be it BFR, death, or whatever).

Besides with "encounter" she will take absolutely no amount of damage of any kind regardless of AP tier, this includes emotional pain as well. With speed equalized she'll be able to continuously use this power to keep herself alive.

She's also way smarter.

I would say that this thread would be better vs Iihiko, but yeah...

Medaka has the "Damage doesn't heal"-skill that seems similar to Iihiko's though. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)


Well, NLF aside I don't see them killing each other. So I would say Medaka could win this through the non-lethal winning conditions.

SCP-682 has shown resistance to having his abilities nullified and to mind control.

Beside, "being tamed" is in no way a weakness, let alone a combat applicable one.

It's not exactly regular mind control, he would need resistance to electricity which he doesn't have (according to his profile anyway). Also him being tamed is vague but can definitely be seen as a combat weakness, depending on how he was tamed

Er, from what I've read, this is even worse than regular mind control, since it requires the target to have a brain, which is certainly not the case with 682.

These "weaknesses" are basically "didn't insta-murder this particular SCP", even though it still ended with 682 winning in both cases.

Well then what about the fact that Medaka will copy 682's ability to die and be revived, being 120% better at it as well. All in all she'll keep getting better by copying everything he can do, sure he can copy too but she can do it better. Along with negate damage better
