So currently SCP-3812's rating is 1-A, eventually 1-A+ on this basis.
Outerverse level (Completely superseded the primary narrative which contains the whole of the SCP Multiverse, whose full extent has been described as possessing uncountably infinite higher dimensions, perceiving it as nothing but fiction in a higher layer, and constantly transcending into increasingly higher narratives, each seeing the one below as fictional stories), will eventually become Outerverse level+ (One of 3812's alternate personalities has stated that the entity will eventually rise above the entirety of creation and the infinite hierarchy of narratives that comprise it, continuing to supersede itself endlessly even after that)
Now I have some issues with this.
So his Outerverse level rating stems from ascending above Uncountably infinite higher dimensions, into higher and higher narratives.
The thing is that isn't how 1-A works. Uncountably infinite higher dimensions is Low 1-A, and stacking more uncountable infinities isn't going to get you to 1-A, as 1-A is completely Inaccessible to Low 1-A. No amount of stacking would get you from Low 1-A, to 1-A. It's expressed in the tiering system itself that stacking does not give you 1-A.
And concerning is Outerverse level+ it contradicts the regular reasoning. It's said that 3812 will eventually rise above all creation and the infinite hierarchy, but that literally can't happen, if you're constantly ascending the hierarchy, especially a Tier 1 cosmology where constantly rising or stacking doesn't really grant you a new rating since we're dealing with inacessibility here.
For the reasoning above his rating should be changed to Atleast Low 1-A, and the 1-A+ rating should be flat out removed.
