@Lightin Everything does change with the narrative, that is what is blatantly stated in the article. He gets different weapons and abilities completely dependent on the narrative he's in and those dont scale to any other narrative he goes into

Him fighting sherlock holmes is the only physical feat he has, all his other feats are hax, a dura negating weapon, or a weapon that is explicitly extremely powerful

His body and powers change according to narrative, no reason to assume that he stays at the same powerlevel through thousands of narratives he went through when he mentioned Cthulu

i.e makes no sense that he is human level when he goes mostly into fantasy novels which have higher tiered characters who'd oneshot him

Why don't we have him at varies? He's only as powerful as the setting permits it anyway.
