I don't see Eleven being able to do big damage to 173 (I know Eleven can break concrete walls and 173 is made of concrete but she was never able tu even put down a wall, i don't really see her being able of doing big damage to him). So is just matter of time until Eleven blinks and get her neck snapped.

SCP is too fast. I don't think Eleven could damage him quickly enough.

I do not know what SCP is, but I want to point out some things about Eleven.

Eleven closed the Gate into the Upside Down, which was hundreds of meters in height from its origin downwards. It had to be thousands of times larger than her (Eleven and Hopper had to go down an elevator to get remotely close to the middle of the portal) and the Demogorogons and the Shadow Monster were pushing back against her attempt. She was very well awake after shutting the Gate she opened. So, her pshyic powers are formidable and she appears to be growing stronger.

On top of that, she has also crushed brains and internal organs within a blink of an eye. She also killed several Demogorgons on her own with her powers in seconds (it took several bullets from rifles to kill those things while they were adolescents in a sense) and launched one through a window, also killing them (it was last seen being put in a fridge). These were all at least stage five .

I think actually Eleven can take this. It's true if she breaks eye contact with SCP-173 he would go for the kill but correct me if I'm wrong but often when Eleven uses her powers to kill/defend hasn't she shown the ability to keep her eyes open for a while & she's also used her power consecutively before. So I'm pretty sure a good 2 or 3 head nods should put SCP-173 down for good.

Eleven does not need to keep her eyes open to use her powers. She has closed them a few times, especially while in the sensory deprivation tanks (both actual and makeshift) to go into the Mental Void to find people and entities and establish contact or conduct espionage.
