Technically, SBA always helps Yogiri, because SBA puts the characters wanting to kill the other.

It makes people in character, but willing to kill. Murder is still an option, but it's not necessarily what they'll go for if other options they're more likely to go for are on the table.

I mean, if they are willing to kill, it means that Yogiri passively wins the match lol

but they still are wanting to kill, which means that Yogiri passively kill them
Willing =/= Wanting.

For example: A guy with access to the button to fire the nukes to try & kill Godzilla is willing to do so if that's what it takes, but that doesn't mean they want to if there's another option, because firing nukes causes huge collateral damage & years of biological & ecological issues from radiation.

But the fact that he has the potential to do it already will make Yogiri kills him, it already even happen

The scan you posted says killing intent. They don't have intent to kill if they don't want to because they know there's still another way they can try. (Whether they know if it will succeed or not.)

if he was paired against a dead person/person who couldn't die was already dead?

Is that canon? His instant death works on beings that aren't even "alive" to begin with?
Feels like manipulating air in the vaccuum of space; You're manipulating what's not there to begin with, which makes me feel like it's erroneous to clasify it as Death Manipulation.

Thats why he has more than one power on his P&A

i thought this was a joke character taken out of context from some manga
yogiri takatou 2-A wow what do you know obscure op high school character

Yeah, in retrospect, that makes sense, since I'd presume his ability has been shown to work on humans, too. Though I wonder why it didn't affect the leader. What did he get for the golem & undead mass murder he did, I wonder?
Uh, he can kill Robots and Zombies
Robots being distinct from golems in this case?

Wow, his power seems like it was deliberately designed to be absurdly broken & unfair.
Lmfao, the name of the novel is literally

My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me!

I see. I wonder if it's meant to be deconstructive/parodic in nature, then.
Not really parodic, it is a author trying to make a Soloing Fiction character, and we have examples of these characters, like Anos Voldigoad, Ruphas and Yogiri (maybe Rimuru)

I thought we had some kind of rule about characters deliberately designed to be overpowered within Versus Debating circles, but my memory may be mistaken.
Odd that there are so many Japanese Light Novels where they just try to make the most overpowered character possible. I do genuinely wonder if that's as common in literature from other parts of the world, too...?

Actually it’s willing to kill if necessary, not wanting to kill. It’s basically made to make superheroes not hold back if it’s necessary for them to deal a killing blow.
it still falls under ID, that can catch any potential danger against yogiri

Hm, wdym with
''Fair then I guess. Still find it weird since you could literally expand that reasoning towards Mary Poppins in a vs fight''

Yogiri kills Mary Poppins, the magical nanny who’s all about good manners and someone you’d never see in a fight because she wouldn’t hurt a fly... because she’s willing to kill by SBA lmao.

LMFAO, yeh, unironically lol, this is rlly weird, I made this post due situations like that lol, even characters that never would be agressive against someone sadly would die

Freaking Yogiri. I kinda wonder if the author had a beef with fiction or something, or was just that edgy. I kinda regret learning about the character now.

I had my moments of hating the entire verse some months ago on the Internal forum, because people constantly made match of Yogiri vs Rimuru
