Satomi Koutarou vs Mori Jin

Precog/telepathy, basically he can read a person's emotions and mind and also predict the attacks of his opponents by seeing his opponents intentions to attack manifested as various forms of light,
Well wouldn't really call that like something he starts with as in activates, it's always on. All his attacks are also infused with spiritual energy so they all directly attack the soul.
His armor also has an AI that can act independent of him, ie it analyzes the situation and gives him info or activates his barriers, while he focuses on fighting, fire lasers, missiles etc.
Nalfalaren, his sword is a combo of 2 sword's, one which deals soul damage, the other which nulls magic, create barriers, illusions, manipulate dreams etc. The mana of it also acts on its own too, like it traversed time and space to protect him. Basically due to time travel shenanigan's, Satomi travelled back 2000 years into the past, the current him before he time travelled and got his armor and skills and what not was in dangerous situations a lot and somehow survived due to something. Turns out the mana of his sword travelled from the past to protect present day him.
Nalfalaren has a fragment of Goddess of Dawn power, which lets Satomi future unable to be seen even by Dawn. She can't read his emotions, mind or what he is thinking or predict his actions.

Well, Mori will be continually adapting his strategy and techniques the longer the fight progresses, and he has several attacks that can hit well out of 8-C. He can also amp his AP and speed if he feels pushed into a corner and turn off his sense of pain. Automatic defenses are fine and dandy, but Mori can power through them given enough time since he will start using his more devastating attacks once he realizes he can't get past Satomi's guard.
Ranged attacks are easily countered by air kicks and fire kicks.

The question is if it will become a long fight in the first place, as i said spiritual energy is something that basically ignores defenses to directly attack the soul. His attacks are all infused with that.
The AI in his armor will be firing beams and lasers independent of Koutarou, whom will be doing his own thing with fire, lightning, illusions etc, it's a bit much.
Not to mention his defenses, he has 2 types of barriers, gravity barriers that create a repulsion to deflect things and then there is the spatial barrier that distorts space to protect him.
He will also know exactly what Jin plans to do by seeing his intentions to attack.
In hindsight, Koutarou looks like a bit much for Jin, though if you think he isn't, we can continue this.
