Pretty sure both will stomp each other regardless of which version OP use, and Op doesn't even mention which version he use.

Yeah..only he can resist his own ability and still stomp satan with superior AP, and he can regenerate with minority world while he most like to bypass satan regen due to be much stronger than him and thus he most likely will make satan cell to give up and stop his regen.

Btw Reactive evo is not his techniques. its passive ability and he need to eat something to accomplish that.

And if we use post time skip midora vs Phase 1 and 2 then both will ended up to copy each other because satan probably can't quickly bypass his Gourmet Luck(even after he copying it from midora) because Gourmet Luck effectiveness will be reduce the stronger the opponent is.
