Like speedster already mentioned, Zoro doesn't appear to have any resistance towards Sasuke's genjutsu, and since he begins to use it more often after joining the Akatsuki, he likely starts with it. Besides, Zoro's gonna be upgraded in the future once the Wano arc is over, so his second key's gonna be changed to 6-B or something, which leaves his first key, which he's at a somewhat heavy AP disadvantage.
