After Sasuke arrived at Orochimaru's hideout and recovered from his fight with Naruto, Orochimaru begans their training by testing Sasuke's current power, so he used some puppet bullshit (see every Ultimate Ninja and Ultimate Ninja Storm game that makes you fight the whole playable cast) to create copies of the Sound Four at their peak, Sasuke now starts putting the power he gained from the ritual and the power he gained in his fight with Naruto to the test.

Both In Character, start in base but can use Curse Mark to full capacity.

Sasuke ROFL Stomps the Sound 4, if not in Base then with just the Sharingan or at best Curse Mark 1.

Doesn't tayuya's genjutsu work on even fully realized sharingan? Or am I mistaken?

Also, I take it Kimimaro isn't here (Sasuke gets stomped in that case)

Nope, Kimmimaro isn't here, that would be saved for Teen Sasuke once Part 2 revisions are done, assuming Sasuke doesn't stomp then.
