If this is Kage Summit Arc MS Sauske then Sasuke bodies he can control the flames of amaterasu & he devoloped his humanoid Susanoo , Even SM Jiraiya would loose to Sasuke has faster reactions as well if its the Sasuke who Fought Killer Bee Then SM Jiraiya could win
But I suppose this consist Kage summit Sasuke as well since this is before EMS so yeah Sasuke wins

I think you should make this Jiraiya starting in SM with Ma and Pa, otherwise it's hardly fair. Base Jiraiya hardly has any solid feats.
