Speed is equal but Sasuke has precog & teleportation
Power is about the same

If Seymour doesn't petrify, Sasuke should win via superior abilities. So I say Sasuke wins.

Seymore at final form vs Sasuke who call Susanoo
Magic in Final Fanatsy X cant be miss except Immune to it 100% lock
and need magic defence to lower the damage it took.
Sasuke had 0 magic defence took full damage from magic.
Seymour dont use chakra but element eater still there.
Elements attack still dont work on him like Fire, Thunder, Water, Ice.
Sasuke need to use others elements ninjitsu to damage seymour.
Seymour had 0 Chakra defence in Logic would be hurt from Chakra attack.
Sasuke need to keep physical attack and chakra attack untill Seymour die
but seymour will lock him with Magic attack too. (Equal Speed)
Seymour should had more HP than sasuke and more advantage.
Sasuke need to combo him to death without use fire & thunder element attack.
Sasuke would be like Solo version of Rikku but with chakra power & tecs.
Use copy clone to avoid magic as possible and keep attack.
Sasuke can win with that.
