I'll also vote for Sasuke due to his Sharingan and the Curse Mark boost, and with that, grace begins.

Ok, with the new changes to the Naruto universe, this match is outdated. However, I still believe it can be done, just the circumstances of the fight have changed. Here are the current stats for both fighters:
Sasuke's AP: Higher than 35.41 kilotons in base, higher with CS1, 354.1 kilotons with CS2
Sasuke's Speed: Higher than Mach 30 in base, higher in CS1 and CS2
Gale Wind's AP: Higher than 115 kilotons
Gale Wind's Speed: Higher than Mach 82
As you can see, Gale Wind now has a rather high AP and speed advantage, which Sasuke can only mitigate by using the Curse Mark. So at this point, the main argument is whether Sasuke's evolved Sharingan and curse mark transformations can help him overcome the AP and speed difference.
