Start 200 meters apart...then Sasuke washes, sharingan renders sword fight(which is Ata's main way of fighting in this form) useless and Sasuke outhaxes. He cant kill with just slicing him and stuff but he has other means like sealing, on top of this Sasuke has his susanoo. Basically I vote Sasuke.

Edit: Hold on a sec, Sasuke doesnt know about his sword negating durability, If he decides to block it then it is gg for him because he would get sliced through.

Sasuke has an AP advantage and what Rocker said, Sausage switches places with Ata's sword and destroys him in close combat.
This version of Ata doesn't have anything special going on for him, he can just cut.

This is also true, if Sausage tries to defend himself against the sword he might get cut, but he can switch places with objects at the last moment.
