Personal Opinion: We need more Mass Effect VS Star Wars matchups on this wiki. These two characters in particular share enough similarities to warrant a matchup imo, as do their abilities.

Saren has quite versatility with his telekinesis and mass manipulation, and his bio-kinetic forcefields will put Grieveous in problems, so i go with the Turian.

Clone Wars Grievous is a coward, Legends Grievous a beast. This guy can kill multiple jedi at once, even highly trained jedis like Ki Adi Mundi and Shaakti or give stronger opponents like Obi a good fight. And all of those are kinda comparable to Saren (Telekinesis, ...). I give it to Grievous via combat skills and greater physical strength.
