Sarah Kerrigan's Storm Feat

Since I never get notifications about my blog post comments and we actually have this to use, I will gladly put this here!

This calc looks good to myself and Darkanine after he revised it, but we are looking to see if anyone else has a problem with it/anything to add.

Also, Ant mentioned that DontTalk stated that storm feats were measured by energy per second (wattage) output, but I don't know where this was said and from what I know other feats don't adhere to this. Any thoughts or discussion regarding this part of it?

The upgrade is pending if this is indeed accepted by another calc member without issue.

The wattage of the storm that Ant mentioned isn't the only way to measure storm feats. If the clouds move, you can get kinetic energy from them. If they don't and a storm happens, you get the wattage from that. If they do both but with an unspecified timeframe, you use wattage. Since the clouds move in a definable timeframe, we can get the kinetic energy.

Wonderful news. This feat is more consistent with the high tiers of the series, so I am glad to see it. So does it need another calc member to approve it now that you have made a correction or is it good to be used?
