In Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, the player encounters the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, a two person lion dance that is possessed by a heavenly beast. During the phase transition of the fight, the Divine Beast is able to create a storm with it's roar (2:06). Regularly, this would just be an ordinary storm summoning calc, but there's a unique aspect to this feat I want to look at.
During the fight, the Dancing Lion is able to create several different storms, all varying in conditions such as windspeed, direction, precipitation, etc. For example, the lion can change the weather from a thunderstorm, to a snowy blizzard, to a whirlwind in only a few frames (6:00). Thus, I'm wondering if it's possible to say that when the lion transitions between storms, he is dispersing and summoning new types of storms. There also are some item descriptions I can give that will supply more context if needed.
I'm also just curious, is there a way to calc the storm creation itself when accounting for the limited time it took? Like in the way storm dispersal calcs use KE and account for the timeframe it took to disperse, is there a way to do that for creating a storm or no?
