Actually, I looked at them both. They both have insane hax, but they're bound to be pals with Santa's empathic hax.

I'd have to say Santa. I don't see any way of them actualy killing each other one has type 9 which makes him nearly unkillable santa has type 8 that is tied to the goodwill of the world. Jues could posibly blow up earth to get rid of this but santa has fairy majic and fairy magic is kinda broken, being able to causualy revive people on a universal level scale. So the only way I think it would end is eather A santa teleporting with him to some far away planet and then leaving him there or B Ask him to leave threw santas automatic friendship and Charismatic Persuasion, or C the funny answer Santa invites Jesus inside, gives him some milk and cookies and for a day has some calm chrismass themed festivities and wins threw " incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day".
