Unless it has shown to work with time stop it wont work. Its not really a stomp since in theory if sans cannot hit whilst in time stop as a weakness and not because he doesn't want to if that makes sense

the previous thread was closed because no attack can touch toppo because it will be deleted.

"B-but the time stop" time stop of sans allows him to prepare attack, but the moment they touch the hakai aura it will still be erased, I don't know why suddenly the time stop allows him to go through something that is "Passive" and active all the time, it's not something that toppo needs to think about.. besides he has never occupied it that way lol.
