Sans Vs Shigeo Kageyama

Sans needs to move his arms to control someone he's holding with TK, whereas Shigeo's TK is mind-based. Shigeo also has resistance to soul hax and can immobilize his opponents with his TK. Voting for Shigeo.
 
Pretty sure this is a stomp. I'm not sure what the AP Difference is, but I'm pretty sure Shigeo One-Shots Sans' 9-B Durability.
 
Shigeo resists soul-hax, has higher LS whihc negs Sans' and scales to 0.1 Tons. He stomps so hard it isn't even funny.
