Sans doesn't wear a Dramatic Mask, so not really. Though it does not really matter if the thing is a planetary-sized mess of tentacles.
The monster's death hax doesn't specifically target only those that wear the masks but rather anything that may disrupt the feeding chain (Because the Masked would kill the Employees and it wouldn't want that).
I mean technically sans can still attack the tentacles and still Be able to damage him like normal. And his smaller size compared to jeb will make it harder to get hit

Well it totally might but it’s never actually shown and the only way it kills players normally is just by physically grabbing them and throwing them around

It’s not an assumption it’s literally only ever shown to work on masks it might work on other entities but when it comes to the players it at the very least prefers to physically kill then
I don't think it's trying hard to kill the Employees anyway, rather just lashing out when they annoy it. It wouldn't want them dead because, you know, they feed it.
Kinda why I decided to put them in an area with no "physical" area to create shockwaves from nor a planet for Jeb to just munch on. Also he could probably just dodge any shockwaves either way
