Equalizing speed sort of seals this battle for Pennywise, since that's Sans main strength in his game.
Without being able to dodge, combined with Pennywise's reality warping and regen, Pennywise would outlast him at the very least.

Pennywise has FTL Deadlights tho I can ≠ if its needed

And off topic what does sans get with prep time? Isn’t he smart enough to do void or time machines

This is movie pennywise and he mostly toys with his food and uses deathlighr at the end when killing So sans has alot of time before that
