jevil has a higher attack power , has a ton of attacks , lots of stamina and health so the only way sans could defeat jevil is hope that jevil would get weakened enough via karmic retribution

sans dies in one hit while jevil gets exhausted after getting hit many times by kris , ralsei and susie who arguebly should have wall level attack potency or higher

And for Jevil it is from that calc

There was a calc for someone falling down from space(Without the Ozone layer) and they only made it to Wall Level.
