Sans only not takes his turn once he's convinced he can't defeat the enemy and wants to stall them for eternity to protect the underworld. Is that even something he would do here? He wants to win and not taking his turn will not help him do that.

Regardless, upon getting killed once, Danzo will respawn behind and 1 tap Sans or just paralyze or Kotoamatsukami him

Izanagi un-does the damage and allows him to respawn which he usually does behind his opponent, enough to surprise someone like Sasuke

Would he start with that? It seems like its his most powerful move, plus the profile says he is overconfident so I assume he would die before realizing he had to actually use his strongest moves to take out Sans.

Danzo was the main driving force in pushing Itachi to murder the Uchiha Clan, and he quite literally has the Uchiha's eyes on a hand. He manually took Shisui's eye out of his face, alongside other things. Bro's a bad guy and Sans' Clairvoyance would catch that. Assuming that they're teleported in Judgement Hall (As per SBA), Sans senses that Danzo is up there with Chara in terms of evil and starts with his strongest attack. Unlike Chara, he wouldn't even speak to Danzo because he doesn't have background knowledge on him (alongside other factors that wouldn't apply to this fight), and would just aim to kill him immediately. Therefore, Sans instantly slams Danzo down and hits him with Intangible Durability Negating Status Effect Inducing Bone Manipulation Danmaku that is SOUL Manipulation.

The bones don't kill instantly, no reason he can't just substitute out of it, let alone Izanagi.

I doubt that izanagi works on the level of the soul.

Izanagi simply makes the event of Sans killing him unreal. Whether or not he can heal from soul damage is irrelevant when the event of him being damaged is made an illusion.

Sans wins. He just keeps spawn killing Danzo after the first Izanagi. In order for Danzo to Koto/Genjutsu Sans, he has to take off his arm brace or whatever. Sans simply kills him before he does that.

He can his substitute his clothing weapons etc. He just needs something tangible to create the optical illusion.

Him keeping them up doesn't matter. Danzo can at will choose to reappear at another position then the one he died at.

Being a master at stealth and having FTE speed amps should do the trick.

He can just, leave the hall? and throw jutsu from outside of Sans line of sight. He can definitely surprise him by attacking and destroying the walls.

Baku is Danzo's summon. He's a massive beast capable of large scale wind style Jutsu, which will one-shot Sans with AP, and due to their AOE, Sans evasion doesn't matter.
