sans's teleport can match akuma's ashura warp. and while akuma has more fighting experience, sans is super smart and would react the moment akuma slips up. sans could also spam gaster blasters

Akuma's movements will be limited due to Sans' Soul Control. When Akuma trys to perform an attack, Sans blasters at him and Akuma will be stuck in Sans' Bone Attack. Also, Akuma's projectile will be dodged easily by Sans even the speed is equalized. Akuma will be kept in a long distance due to Blue Soul.
