Sans (Undertale) VS Pennywise (IT)

Can't sleep for a some reason, so since I'm here...
If this is the Low 2-C key, then Pennywise thrashes Sans the moment the fight starts. Sans' lack of range means this fight has to take place in the Deadlights due to SBA putting the two combatants within range of each other. No mindhax resistance = instant insanity/death the moment he even looks at IT's true form. Speed unequalized also means Omnipresence, which just makes it that much worse.
7-C key? Sans blitzes. End of story.
7-C key with speed equalized? Pennywise mindreads, finds out all about Sans' abilities, then toys with him while screwing him over with reality-warping illusions which he has no means of countering or escaping. Sans needs to actually hit the clown in order to kill it, and with speed equalized, Penny can mindscrew/warp him to death before that happens.
I'll put up more details after I've managed to sleep for a while.

I assume we are using his earthly manifestation? If so, Sans destroys. I'm not sure how many murders Pennywise has, but if it's a lot (and I wouldn't be surprised) a simple bone stab could be nearly lethal.

When you add that to the fact that he has no resistance to mind manipulation and no means of seeing through illusions (especially ones as realistic as what Pennywise can create), it's pretty safe to say that he's done for.
Also, friendly reminder that Pennywise can wipe memories, and did so to the entire town of Derry.
