Sans' Speed Question

So I look at Sans' profile and it says Hypersonic with Hypersonic+ reaction speed

one question, why? Why Sans have Hypersonic+ speed?

genocide frisk, who fodderizes almost every other character in the game, cant hit him whatsoever, even if hes sleeping due to exhaustion while fully believing that they are unable to move right now and they already know exactly when and how he'll dodge out of the way due to playing the game any number of times, they have to literally break the laws of reality 2 times in a row to hit him once

Ok but consider this
Sans is Mach 6.1
His reactions are Hypersonic+ (Mach 10)
In a world where VSBW is so strict that we don't make someone Low 2-C because they took 2 seconds to make the universe
How in the shiny clean tiny and tight little hole of God's nostrils do we let that reasoning be enough for a ~1.6 multiplier to Sans speed

He doesn’t teleport dodge attacks, he flat out dodges

Snowdin. Waterfall. The MMT Hotel I think, many times during his second phase where he teleports himself, Frisk, and his attacks.

He doesn't Teleport to dodge, he teleports to get around and to surprise attack the opponent.

Yeah i always found that odd, it doesn't matter how impressive his recations are compared to frisk's, the gap to hypersonic+ is too large to upscale like that, pretty sure we only upscale when it is like a 1.2x gap or so

I think it's because sans speed is not much higher than frisk but his reactions are so high that frisk had no chance to even hit him EVEN when he was sleeping

That still didn't warrant closing 1.6x gap, it needs to be 1.1x or 1.2x

When making the CRT, it might be better to notify Antvasima about it so that he can tag other staff to pay attention to the thread, especially those who are keen on keeping the upscaling methods strict in this wiki.

If you think it's controversial or needs attention from the mods, you can try contacting Ant, I suppose.
Or if you know a staff that could help, or a staff that is currently active, since Ant can be busy and not reply for a while.

I am not sure if its controversial but barely anyone is looking at it thats the problem

To be honest, I'm kind of surprised he doesn't have his normal speed, i'm pretty sure Sans has the same speed as Papyrus being Superhuman i believe.
