Sanosuke Sagara vs Kenichi Shirahama

Kenichi with ease due to being in a definitively higher speed-tier as well as significantly more skilled, and PROBABLY more physically powerful. Kenichi's MOVEMENT is actually supersonic-level at minimum, while Sanosuke's is only subsonic-to-subsonic+. Kenichi has a far wider range of versatile techniques than Sansouke has, as well as some REALLY haxx techniques like the ability to see and attack Korui with Korui Nuki (if he hit Sanosuke with that, it'd be one-hit-K.O. GUARANTEED) and the ability to dodge just about ANYTHING from most other fighters at his own level wtih Ryusui Seikuken.
In fact, yeah, between his superior speed, Seikuken, and Ryusui Seikuken, Kenichi could pretty much just toy with Sanosuke, the guy would never be able to touch him. Meanwhile from what I've seen as a huge fan of both mangas (read both to completion), Kenichi's physical power is almost definitely somewhat higher in the large-room/small-building tier than Sanosuke's, as well.
