It's a rarity to see a speed unequalized match. Though I don't know if Vlad will keep is High 6-C key in the future since I have a season 1/2 revision planned that would upgrade them but i don't know when that will happen so I the match can still happen as of now.
As for the match itself? Vlad simps for Salem GG.
Salem's Advantages/Win Conditions
Looking over her profile, she's 407 Gigatons to Vlad's 420 so she'll be able to affect his physical body to some degree and her Class P lifting strength is something Vlad (Or any DP characters) have not shown to reach so she can ragdoll and crush his body with ease. She's also 4x the speed of light (If I picked the right feat she scales to, correct me if I'm wrong), so she speed blitzes early in the fight.
Her low-godly regeneration and Immortality type 8 will make it so Vlad won't put her down. Her grim summon and control gives her a massive army, though I don't think they'll contribute much to the win of the fight given Vlad's counter to that. However, her most valid win condition that I can see is her infinite stamina. If she holds Vlad off long enough and makes him use up his energy he'd eventually pass out.
Vlad's Advantages/Win Conditions
Vlad has superior AP and Durability compared to Salem (only slightly in comparison to her magic), and while he can't pass her lifting strength due to it being so high, his empowerment/reactive evolution will easily allow him to catch up to her in speed and even gain the advantage, and while he can't put her down normally, he's going to eventually just start dragging her around her castle.
Ghost Physiology basically is Vlad's version of Salem's Immortality as she can't him down since his true self is a type 1 abstract and will recover from whatever she tries. Layered intangibility, teleportation, or body deconstruction makes it so Vlad can easily escape her shadow hands, telekinesis or grim assaults. His most valid win condition is Possession, and I don't see resistance to it on Salem's profile, plus Vlad's is layered and corrupts others who already have resistance to type 1 corruption.
My Vote
Vlad Wins
If Salem uses shadow hands or telekinesis to restrain Vlad, he'll use any of the abilities I mentioned to simply escape her grasp, and if she immediately went for the crush, Vlad simply regenerates. He'll compliment her speed and then teleport to her and send her through a wall, given she's immortal I'll assume she wouldn't care much for dodging and will simply regenerate from his assault. Salem summons her Grimm, but despite the numbers, Vlad sees how inferior they are to him and also sees they or Salem can't actually cause him pain, this will let him know Salem isn't a ghost. His intangibility makes it so they can even touch him if he decided to use it. Vlad's growth kicks eventually kicks in and now he's just as fast as Salem (and would get faster)
They'll eventually realize that killing each other ain't happening so Salem might try and conviction Vlad to join her and vice versa and obviously both wouldn't agree but the thing Vlad has is his ability to overshadow her, possessing her mind, spirit, and body and it's layered so she's caught. Now you'd ask if Vlad can overshadow Salem for the necessary day (24 hours) that is required to count, and while his stamina is only upscaled from Danny who can fight and chase for hours (as he's spent nights rounding up ghosts) and Jazz who spent most of the day fighting ghosts with her dad. Vlad doesn't need to retain the possession, as when a ghost possesses someone they effect them on a subconscious level, Danny used this to effect the minds of Sam's parents, making them agree to something and never speaking of it again, Dani used it to alter Danny's mother's mind and his teacher's mind, and yes, Vlad himself has done it to make enough millionaires sell over all their businesses to him to become a billionaire without issue.
Effectively, Vlad's win condition will happen before Salem's unless someone wants to argue Vlad would try to fight her for hours despite seeing she can't die and would ignore a strategy he's employed throughout the series to get others to do what he wants. Neither of the two are outplaying the other since their both intelligent enough and range isn't an issue. My vote might change depending on what knowledgeable RWBY members say.
