Unfortunately Saitama’s LS is listed as “Unknown” in this key so Popeye’s LS will have to be considered superior until that’s revised

How do we treat them, then? I’ve never seen a character with an Unknown rating being assumed to have superior LS despite not having a value.

Well, popey LS is acctualy pretty low being only clas 1, if the oponent has a very small ranking and the oponent has a feat thst even trough isn't calculable show the potential of beingh higher them the oponent we considere a "possible higher" not a definitive solotuion but a likle cenario
