Part of You seems to have a higher AP (Saitama upscales from cop durability, which is 12102517.8877 J, while Badeline has 4.8588*10^7 J, which is over four times higher than the other feat.

She also has a significant advantage in range and can abuse it with flight (I don't recall him jumping particularly high in this key), and as a last resort she could use her TK to overpower Saitama, though I doubt that'll be necessary. Voting Part of You.

I've always preferred Joules, but throwing it in a converted gives me 0,011612810707 TNT while 0,0028925709847 is what I got from Saitama, might be a bit messed up.

Though, I do think that Badeline has some potential in this tier, a lot of ranged attacks including hitscan ones and TK, and actually kinda broken Duplication. She even has "likely 8-C" AP with ranged attacks
