He has planetary range only with shockwaves, which aren't going to do jack to Bro since he's 5-B, and STandard melee range with punches. Bor has the range advantage because he has a sword.

He was acknowledged that he only punches strong, is not like he have martial arts training.

So, from what i can understand, maybe a few times above baseline.

I don't know, Saitama has better Ap, while Bro has much better skills and a better weapon.

I'm kind of leaning towards inconclusive.

Bro's Sword gives him a slightly better range since planetary range attacks would be useless, he is also pretty skilled as a swordsman and has a higher intelligence.
