Probs getting my math wrong, but from the looks of things Saitama has an AP advantage over Holo. Besides that though, Holo should dominate this match considering her abilities, wolf form, and skill. Placing my votes on best girl for now.

I will point out, though, that Holo has no regeneration. So if she is badly injured she won't be able to just keep fighting. Hence, if Saitama breaks her legs or stuff he should be able to buy enough time to figure out the wheat thing.

If I'm not getting anything wrong she scales to 50 KJ while Saitama scales to 4251 KJ

I don't see how he gets past immortality (though I should note that Saitama figured out on his own what Crablante weakpoint was and attacked it immediatly) but I'm pretty sure he can just incap her
